 ILUC - Internal line up Clamp

RE.MAC.UT ILUCs are designed to fulfil the most challenging onshore/offshore projects. The ILUC main purpose is to ensure the alignment of the two pipe sections during the welding process.
ILUC can be supplied for SJ, DJ and QJ fabrication, for S-Lay and J-Lay operation.
RE.MAC.UT‘s ILUC can be fitted with different optional depending on Client needs:
  • Copper shoes
  • Wireless remote control
  • Rerounder ILUC  - HI-FORCE expanders starting from 10" size  (to recover pipe out of roundness without damaging pipe)
  • Motorized wheel
  • Proximity sensors (to sense pipe end and automatically slow down /stop)
  • Winch with load cells for buckle detector
  • Parking brake module
  • Emergency brake (J-Lay)
  • Gas purging system
  • Stainless steel kit for Corrosion Resistive Alloy (CRA)
  • CAMERA inspection system
  • HI-LO Measurement System.
