The latest generation of pipe tensioners and winch control systems has been developed in order to standardise both the hardware and the software on all the machines.

The result is the full compatibility between the machines and the high performance in terms of control and diagnostics

The fully digital technology allows high flexibility and user friendly interface between the machine and the operator. High precision pull control, both in dynamic and static condition, soft pipe movements, and high stability in the regulation are the main features of the REMACUT's control systems.

DC and AC drive systems for cranes, pipe handling, internal line up clamps, anchor winches and any different control system for other on board equipment can be engineered and completely assembled in REMACUT using the most advanced world wide electric and electronic equipment.

Custom made equipment is completed with control and monitoring software that is fully developed by company's engineers.

REMACUT's activities include upgrade, modification and conversion of existing equipment, such as pipe tensioners, winches, cranes, pipe handling equipments, etc.

Recently REMACUT developed, tested and certified through the Italian Telecom Department an on board radio control system to be installed on the Company's Internal Line Up Clamps. Refer to the ILUCs Optional Equipment page for a more detailed description of this new control system.
