    MCDERMOTT ( USA )
    Remacut has received a 1 st order for the supply of no. 4 each internal line up clamp,s no. 2 each by 6” no. 2 each by 8”.
    Another major Contractors is now going to utilise these new generation clamps.

     
    Dicember 2005

    NPCC - NATIONAL PETROLEUM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (U.A.E.)
    Remacut has been awarded a significant order for the supply of a pipelay system comprising 2 Electric Tensioners, AC drive, each 125 tons capacity and a 250 ton A/R Winch complete with integrated control system and redundant drives, together with a complete pipe handling system, comprising line-up station, transversal conveyor, longitudinal conveyor, firing line rollers and stern track support. The system is designed to handle a single pipe joint of 40 tons.

     
    August 2005
    DBA Crane Refurbishing
    After the order for the refurbishment of the Main Crane on board the vessel DBA operating in the Caspian Sea. consisting in the upgrade of the main hoist winches and control system, Remacut has been awarded also the contracts for the supply of the modification of the Auxiliary Hoist and the upgrade of the Slewing System.

    TENSIONERS AND A/R WINCH SYSTEM
    Remacut has been awarded a contract from Indian Company PUNJ LLOYD Ltd. for the supply of a new system composed by no. 1 Tensioners 60 tons capacity each, and no. 1 A/R Winch 60 tons complete with intregrated control system.

    TENSIONERS AND A/R WINCH SYSTEM
    Remacut has been awarded a contract from GLOBAL for the supply of a new system composed by no. 2 Tensioners 60 tons capacity each, and no. 1 A/R Winch 120 tons complete with redundant control system.

    DBA Crane Refurbishing
    Remacut has been awarded a huge contract for the refurbishment of the Main Crane on board the vessel DBA owned by AIOC/BP operating in the Caspian Sea.
    The refurbishment involves the upgrade of the main hoist winches and of the control system
    This project consolidate the presence of Remacut in the Cranes Refurbishment market.

     

    October 2004

    DOLPHIN PROJECT CASTORO SEI REFURBISHMENT
    Having in front the challenging Dolphin Project the Castoro Sei has effectuated a significant “maquillage” in the last months. Remacut took part on this supplying the following items:

    -Tensioners and A/R Winch new Control System
    - 50 tons pipe elevator system upgrade
    - C.M.I. Cranes Upgrade
    -Supply of new generation 48” Internal line up Clamps

    The systems will be certified by ABS and NMD

     

    September 2004

    DIVERS AND ROV LARS SYSTEM
    No. 1 Lars for Divers and no. 1 Lars for ROV have been ordered by McDermott Caspian Contractors in Azerbaijan . Those Equipment will be installed on the Tofiq Ismailov where

    no. 4 Remacut electric pipe Davits are operating.

    The Lars for Diver will be certified by DNV.

    STINGER JACKING SYSTEM and WINCH
    Mc Dermott Caspian Contractor has awarded Remacut for the supply of a stinger jacking system to be installed on board PLBG Hisrafil Huseinov. The supply includes the electrical and hydraulic system for the stinger jacking plus a AC driven winch.

     

    June 2004

    NEW GENERATION ILUCs
    The New Generation ILUCs have been successfully tested on the Mediterranean campaign of the lay barge Castoro Sei.

    These machines have been equipped with a gas-purging kit including a gas analyzer and a sealing system. This allowed the welding of clad pipes in inert gas atmosphere.

    To meet the strict requirement on welding quality, the machines have been equipped with an high resolution colour camera, for direct welding inspection.

    A powerful image vision system has been supplied in order to measure welding dimensions, allowing the welding inspector to evaluate quickly and precisely the welding quality.
