REMACUT's line-up and pipe handling systems cover all the range of pipe weights and dimensions, and from single to quadruple joint pipes.

Digital position control applied to all the movements of pipe elevators, trolleys and line-up stalking shoes, allows the synchronisation and simplifies the pipes movement and alignment.

The control system is designed to store into its memory several different machines positions, that are automatically executed at the operator's command.

Automatic loading and unloading cycles can be selected by the operator.

The equipment can be switched from automatic to manual control mode and viceversa at any moment, without stopping the cycle already started.

Track and roller conveyors are available for every kind of application. A special family of fully adjustable low-weight stinger pipe support has been developed with optimised hydrodynamic profile, in order to minimise the stinger vertical load and lateral forces due to the current impact.
